Caitlin is an undergraduate student in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Scientific Engineering and Computing. She joined the Weitz group in the summer of 2021 as part of the ACE REU program, where she worked on COVID-19 epidemiological models. She is now working on monitoring population immunity to COVID-19 at US county levels. Caitlin hopes to gain experience through her research which will aid future goals of working in bioinformatics. Outside of research, Caitlin loves sports, working out, and dogs.
